Background
I'm a software engineer with experience across full-stack development, distributed systems, and machine learning infrastructure. My career has spanned startups and enterprises, building systems that scale from prototype to production.
Memory represents a convergence of my professional interests: building robust systems, working with modern ML tools, and thinking about how technology can genuinely improve how we work.
Why Personal Language Models?
I've been using AI tools extensively in my daily work - Claude, GPT-4, Copilot. They're remarkably capable, but I kept hitting the same friction: every session starts fresh. I found myself repeatedly explaining my context, my preferences, my current projects.
Memory started as a personal tool to solve this problem. I wanted an AI that remembered our previous conversations, understood my codebase, and knew my communication style. As it developed, I realized the underlying ideas might be useful to others exploring similar problems.
Open Source Philosophy
Memory is completely open source. Not "open core" with paid features, not "source available" with restrictions - genuinely open, MIT licensed, fork it and do what you want.
Why? Because I believe the best way to advance this space is through open collaboration. The problems are hard, the approaches are varied, and no single person has all the answers. By sharing my work openly, I hope to learn from others and contribute to the broader conversation about personalized AI.

Get in Touch
I'm always interested in connecting with others working on personalized AI, memory systems, or related problems. Whether you want to collaborate, share ideas, or just chat about the future of AI assistants, feel free to reach out.
Looking for AI Engineering Opportunities
I'm actively exploring opportunities in AI engineering, particularly roles focused on LLM applications, retrieval systems, or personalized AI. If you're working on interesting problems in this space, I'd love to hear from you.
